Returns Policy

Refunds: We do not accept refunds for art prints, postcards or yoga card deck.

Replacement for Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below:

Within 24-72 hours of receiving the item, please email us at hello@holisticatelier.co and include the following information:

Order number
Photo(s) showing the damage to the art print

We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible. If the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement for the damaged art print.

Please be aware that our replacement policy is applicable only for items that have arrived in a damaged condition. Damages resulting from mishandling or improper care after delivery are not eligible for a replacement.

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days.

  2. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
    USA: 3–4 business days
    UK: 3-4 business days
    Europe: 6–8 business days
    Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

  3. Card deck, art prints and postcards are sometimes shipped separately.

  4. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier's responsibility.

  5. To ensure a smooth delivery, please enter your shipping information correctly at checkout.

  6. Import duties or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel may be lost. In the event of a return, you will be required to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.
